‘The Summer House in Santorini’ by Samantha Parks

Romance, in itself, existing only for itself, is definitely not my go-to genre, as probably you all have already noticed by now. The reason I chose to read this novel anyways is that it's set on Santorini. No, it's not my dream destination. I've already visited. And LOVED it. I was thirteen, I was on a trip with my father and it was amazing! Since a while I've been wanting to go back as an adult, though there are so many places to visit in this world and so little time, why would I go back to where I already was...? It's an eternal dilemma. Anyway, I decided to read this book because I wanted to get back to Santorini a little. And that happened.

‘A Different Time’ by Michael K. Hill

This is again a book I only got for the purpose of a blog tour - that was happening ages ago, and I simply couldn't make it. This time my sorry goes to (along with the author, of course) The Write Reads gang. Guys, I didn't mean to let you down. (Especially since this is not the only tour I abandoned...) I've been VERY irresponsible this past year, and I know that out of a sudden you couldn't count on me anymore. I apologize. I'm about to make up for it this year. ‘Probably the Best Kiss in the World’ by Pernille Hughes

This review is a bit hard for me to write because I've actually read this book a couple of months ago, but I didn't have time to review it... of course I remember it (fortunately it was not that forgettable!), but the feel is somehow not the same as writing my thoughts and sentiments right away. Let's try, though!

‘In Your Silence’ by Grace Lowrie

I must start this review with an enormous apology to both the tour organizer and the author. I was supposed to post it as part of a blog tour WEEKS ago... I thought I did, too, but since it was my hiatus, and my head was filled with everything life (and death... and also, work. A lot of work.) , I didn't check it properly. Turns out, it went out completely blank. Unfortunately I only noticed it days later, in between two shifts, and I only had time to take it down... I couldn't review it until now. Now, before anyone freaks out: I do not think that this was a real wordpress problem. I had troubles with my internet connection at the time, I used my smartphone to write posts, and what supposedly happened is that my phone lost the connection when the post should have been saved online, and... well, it wasn't. I didn't notice it because I was in a hurry. I'm very sorry about all this... (This happened with a couple of other posts two. They come later again...) So, let's talk about the book now!

‘The Magic Touch’ by Kelly Florentia

These days I've been longing for a light, heartwarming read, and so I sat down with my mounting TBR and was looking for a book that had to potential of satisfying this criteria and I should've read anyway. I came up with 'The Magic Touch', and I'm so glad it turned out this way! It really was the right book to pick up!

‘The Christmas Forest’ by Rebecca Boxall

This is the second Christmas-themed book I've read just a bit before the holiday. I don't remember ever reading Christmas themed book on purpose around this time of year, I thought it would be just as cheesy as the over-repeated Christmas sings playing everywhere since the beginning of November (!!)... but I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked to read these.
