This is the second Christmas-themed book I've read just a bit before the holiday. I don't remember ever reading Christmas themed book on purpose around this time of year, I thought it would be just as cheesy as the over-repeated Christmas sings playing everywhere since the beginning of November (!!)... but I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked to read these.
I know it's not Christmas for everyone, like me, but whatever celebration you're having, I hope you have a wonderful festive season this year! For me, it's Christmas Eve today, and this year, for the first time ever, I spend it with my boyfriend's family. I'm looking forward to it, though I'm pretty stressed, too, because his family is way more this stereotypical family dramas type than mine... But hey, it can all turn out good, right? Let's see what there is to release the tension a bit for you, and for me as well! 😉
My second book by T. C. Wescott, and one in holiday spirit! I was so excited to read it a week before Christmas. Huge mug in my hand, hot beverage to drink, snow falling outside... it was PERFECT!
